Are my uploaded documents stored on Freyara servers?
The current PDF tools run processing in your browser. Avoid sensitive documents on shared devices, and check the files before sending them to others.
Which documents work?
Most ordinary PDF files. Some password-protected or damaged PDFs cannot be processed. Image conversion supports JPEG and PNG.
How does Pro Batch billing work?
Pro Batch is a one-time $4.99 purchase plus the configured 5% tax ($5.24 total). Payments may appear as Freyara AI. No subscription.
What if I paid but cannot unlock Pro Batch?
Use Restore Access if you have the private recovery details. Otherwise contact support with the PayPal transaction reference—never your private token or password.
Can I use Smart Packet Studio for court documents?
It can organize and format packets, but it does not verify court rules, deadlines, filing requirements, admissibility or legal sufficiency.
